Shipping Policy

We thought you would be pleased to know that our shipping policy is really shopper friendly. There are no extra handling, packing charges or charges based on dollar amount, just the actual United States Postal Service Priority Mail rates. So regardless of where your chimney is located, here is how it works. After your order is completed in full, carefully packed and ready to go, we weigh it and calculate the actual postage charge. This is the point that we actually charge your credit card for the entire order. We, of course, will include the charge receipt with your order. Simple and really fair, Santa cares!
